This Winter 2022 Audacious Leader's Summit is split into two, very specific tracks:

But did you know that companies that increase customer engagement can increase cross-selling opportunities by 22 percent, upsell revenues by 38 percent and order size up to a magnitude of 85 percent? If you're like most companies, you have a few super-engaged customers that love and adore you ––but most, sadly are sitting on the sidelines, barely engaging with you.
What we, as business owners fail to consider, is that each customer is on a journey with us. To be successful, we need to know where each employee is on their journey, and have systems and programs to support their evolution.
    Marc will break down the Customer Experience Journey, uncovering the root causes and drivers to the various levels of engagement, defining relative needs at each level… moving customers towards becoming your Brand Ambassadors and keeping them out of the dreaded Pool of the Tainted. Once armed with this valuable insight, we will then know how to be of service to your all your stakeholders. You’ll be well on your way to tipping the level of engagement in your favour, and to the benefit of your customer, your employees and your bottom line.
