Loretta brings extensive strategic and hands-on experience in business operations, human resources, marketing, and management. She blends a keen understanding of business models, process, organizational dynamics, and human behavior to bring about individual, team, and organizational change.

Having been imbedded within specific business lines and corporate departments, along with experience in a wide range of business environments (start ups, global enterprises, for-profits, not-for-profits, family-run, collective bargaining, etc.) - Loretta offers clients multiple perspectives. 


Currently, Loretta is a business consultant with GTM PinnacleHR and Performance Management Services. She also practices as a certified coach, a trainer for Balancing Life Issues focusing on work-life balance and managing stress, has been a college instructor, and has written two books.

Loretta earned her Masters degree in Sociology from Syracuse University. As a life-long learner, she has completed several programs - e.g., NYS Dispute Resolution Association’s Conflict Coaching, Certified Coach Practitioner, NCBI trainer, Capital Region Leadership. She is an SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and a Distinguished Toastmaster. Loretta has supported her local government in several roles and is a passionate hospice volunteer.
